Placing Orders:
(1) Please provide the following information.
a. Phone number. If there's a problem filling the order, it's quicker to call you than to write.
b. Name and address. If your address is a P.O. Box, please give street address too, in case UPS is the best way
to ship. (Include SHIP TO: address, if different from yours.)
c. List the items to be ordered. Include the name of recording, quantity, and price. Calculate the total, and add
$2.50 for normal delivery,
(2) Include Payment:
All orders must be paid at time of order by credit card or check or money order:
If by credit card - we accept - VISA, Master Card, and American Express.
a. Please provide your credit card type: Visa, MasterCard, or American Express
b. Credit card number
c. Your name as is appears on your credit card
d. The Expiration date
If by check:
a. U.S. Residents - Make payable to Olympia's Daughter.
b. Canadian Residents - if possible, please pay with a credit card. Otherwise, calculate the total at exchange
rate; write cheques, in Canadian dollars please; and make payable to Olympia's Daughters.

You may return any items for exchange, credit, or refund, within 30 days of receipt of purchase - except goods
damaged by customer. Please include instructions about what should be done - exchange, credit, or refund.
Return in such a way that the package can be tracked. Olympia's Daughters assumes responsibility for items only
upon receipt of them.
Delivery Time:
Orders are ordinarily shipped within 3 business days of receipt of order, through the U.S Postal System. Delivery
time varies. When placing order, allow 10-14 days to receive recordings. Exceptions: Out of stock items may
take longer.
Rush Orders:
Sorry, but we are not equipped to provide delivery within 24 hours of placing order. You may request, at your
expense, Priority or Overnight delivery.
Shipping & Handling Charges:
a. Shipping and handling on all orders - $2.50 per recording or t-shirt ordered
b. Delivery via US Postal service first class.
c. Delivery via Overnight - available on request $16.00 + packaging
